Guide to Personal information processing Policy

The privacy policy of Green World INC(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) contains the following contents.

The Company collects and uses personal information for customers consultation and service application reception

Processing and retention period of personal information
In principle, personal information of users is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved.
However, if information needs to be retained in accordance with the Company’s internal policies such as dispute resolution and identity verification, the following information will be retained for the specified period for the reasons below.
Items to be preserved : Name, Phone number(mobile or home phone), email address
Preservation grounds : Act on the Use and Protection of Credit information
Retention period : 3 years
Records on collection/processing and use of credit information : 3 years(Act on Use and Protection of Credit Information)

Provision of personal information to a third party
The Company uses the personal information of users within the scope notified in “2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information”, and uses it beyond the scope without prior consent of the user, or discloses the user’s personal information to the outside in principle. However, the following cases are exceptions.
When users agreed to disclosure in advance

The personal information entered by the user can be requested to be deleted at any time. The Company handles personal information requested to be deleted at the request of a user or legal representative as specified in “2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information” and is processed so that it cannot be viewed or used for other purpose.

Destruction of personal information

Destruction procedure : The information entered by user for customer inquiries, etc, is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved, and is destroyed after being stored for a certain period of time(refer to the retention and use period) according to the information protection reason according to internal policies and other related law.
Personal information is not used for any other purpose unless required by law.
- Destruction method : Personal information in writing is destroyed through crushing/incineration. Personal information stored in the form of electronic files is destroyed so that the records cannot be reproduced.
